What To Expect

CONSULTING
Our first meeting will be a free consult on your expected project. It will last approx. an hour +/-. Location, site details, size of home to be constructed, etc., are questions we will be asking as well as giving you the opportunity to ask us any questions and or concerns that you may have. We will give you an estimate on the cost of our services and deposits required to begin the project.

PRELIMINARY DESIGN
After a deposit is made, we will go into your project deeper to go over more specific details. If time is available this can be done in the first appointment. We then proceed into the design process. Next coming back to you with a preliminary floor plan/Elevation of the project in 3D. At this time you will have the opportunity to review and make adjustments to the design to fit your needs.

FINALS
After all changes have been decided upon, we will next proceed into the final plan documents. These documents will include the Site Plan, Foundation, Floorplan, Elevations in 2d and 3d, Typical Sections, and Electrical plan. Everything that you and your builder will need to obtain a building permit to begin construction on your home/remodel, and or addition.

COMPLETION
The final bill on your plan will be due at the end of this process. No worries however as we will be there to the end if anything is needed, and/or any questions arise.
